By purchasing a pack, using the site, or otherwise accessing the service, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the site or purchase a pack.

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or use the service.

By using the site or placing an order, you represent that you can enter into a binding agreement and that the information you provide is accurate.

The site sells one-time landing page review packs. Depending on the pack selected, delivery can include a review call, message notes, CTA recommendations, offer structure review, trust and objection notes, next-step path review, and written recommendations.

The exact pack contents, price, and delivery flow are described on the site before checkout.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the service does not provide implementation, ongoing retainers, ad management, analytics setup, design production, development work, or guaranteed business outcomes.

All prices shown on the site are one-time purchase prices, with local currency pricing displayed when available. No recurring subscription is created unless the site explicitly says otherwise.

Payments are processed through a hosted checkout page. When Whop is shown as the provider, payment handling is also subject to Whop's applicable terms and policies.

Pricing, pack contents, and availability may change at any time before purchase.

After a successful purchase, the order email may receive the payment confirmation, booking link, written recommendations, and support-related messages. Buyers are responsible for monitoring that inbox.

The booking form must include the landing page URL, business type, page goal, main concern, and order email. Delivery timing starts after the required context is provided and the audit call is completed.

Unless otherwise stated on the site, written recommendations are sent within 24 hours after the audit call for packs 1 through 5, and within 48 hours after the audit call for Conversion Roadmap.

If the buyer enters the wrong email address at checkout, the site operator is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by that error.

Rescheduling requests should be made as early as possible through the booking link or by contacting support.

If a participant misses a booked audit call without notice, arrives materially late, or repeatedly reschedules in a way that disrupts fulfillment, the call may be treated as delivered, shortened to fit the remaining slot, or require rebooking.

You agree to provide accurate and current information, use an email address that can receive order and delivery communications, review the pack description before purchase, provide a valid landing page URL, and complete the purchased flow responsibly.

You are responsible for decisions you make based on the service and for avoiding unlawful, abusive, misleading, or unauthorized use of the site or service.

Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy available on the site. By purchasing, you agree that refunds are limited and handled according to that policy.

Unless stated otherwise in writing, the buyer receives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the written recommendations and related deliverables only for the specific order for which they were purchased.

Deliverables may not be resold, republished, posted publicly as a standalone product, reused across unrelated orders, or exploited commercially without prior written permission.

Site copy, branding, pack descriptions, and support materials remain the property of the site operator or its licensors.

You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, submit false or unauthorized information, purchase the service for fraudulent purposes, reverse engineer or scrape protected content, or abuse chargeback processes.

The service provides consultative review and recommendations. It does not guarantee more sales, revenue, traffic, leads, ranking, conversion rate, or any other business result.

Results vary based on the offer, page, audience, traffic quality, implementation choices, and factors outside the site operator's control.

Access to the service may be refused, suspended, rescheduled, or cancelled where reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, abusive behavior, misuse of the service, unauthorized third-party orders, technical or operational issues, or violations of these Terms.

Where the site operator cancels a service before fulfillment for reasons not caused by the buyer, rescheduling, store credit, or a refund may be offered at the operator's discretion.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the site operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, business opportunity, or expected results arising out of or related to the site or service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the service will not exceed the amount actually paid for the specific pack giving rise to that claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

These Terms may be updated from time to time. The current version will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the site or service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
